  3. you can tell a lot about a person how they treat the waiter. if you ever see how bernie treats others, you can tell he genuinely cares. he doesnt get upset because someone is upset. he will try to understand why youre upset, what policies had affected you, and he'll craft up a solution. or if its something he can personally help you with, he will do it. this is so rare to see in any politician.

  8. I own a business. $15/hr isn't much if you consider people have money to spend. $200,000/hr politicians do nothing for the economy. Besides, I'm tired of paying for people to be on welfare --- people who are working 40-55 hrs a week. It'd be nice if they weren't on welfare because their bosses paid them a living wage.

  13. To me, the ad was a reminder to us that equality and racial justice doesn't happen out of nowhere. We have to be conscious about it and that starts with voting for a leader who wants to fight for our interest, to help us make that happen. You can't wait your entire life for the "perfect" person to carry on MLK Jr.'s legacy. We don't have that kind of time.

  17. Random dude you cant get paid with most degrees actually. there are doctors and lawyers who are in hundreds of thousands of debt. doctors make maybe about $100k-$300k per year, but they have two to three times that amount in debt.
