  2.  @ksuen106  u guys act like we havent been having these problems since the beginning of time. everyone wants to come to california. we got great weather, great infrastructure, great scenery. most of these homeless people arent from california either and they have a whole host of problems that makes helping them useless. some people cant be helped! the ones who can be helped arent camping out acting like theyre royalty. the government can only do so much. just saying!
