  1. I saw a regular looking person and and she was singing. I watched her walk from the entrance to the refrigerated drinks. In broad daylight. Thought she was just a customer. Checked surveillance footage, she's nowhere to be found. Replayed surveillance video over and over again. Nowhere before, during, or after. Never been so freaked out in my life.

  2. My experience has been that they look like regular people and I don't know that they're ghosts until after the fact....
