it didn't really explain why brussels was attacked. i have heard of muslims being discriminated against or experienced hate violence or even laws that oppressed them. this would be enough reason for isis or isis pacifists to attack european grounds because i heard similar complaints when it came to france. i was hoping to learn more about what brussels has done that might have pissed off isis.
