  4. because the drought we've experienced was years in the making. a couple days of rain isnt going to erase it. we need annual rain for the next couple of years to be out. drought is determined by the supply of ground water, not resevoirs.

  8. majority of californians have no party affiliations. there are other cities with worse violence statistics and theyre run by republicans so its not like one party is better than the other. granted, democrats currently have a leg up since republicans have cannibalized their own party for a felon conman whos spent more years being a democrat than a republican. so any gop talking smack about democrats should take a good look at themselves. and we wouldnt be taxed so high if all the "pick urself up by ur bootstraps" states paid their fair share of taxes instead of living off welfare checks that we pay since we make so much money here. just look at u, ur here on youtube watching and earning ad revenue for a california-based company.
