  2. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by All You Can Eat Chinese Buffets fake. It really depends on the restaurant. One of my favorite cheap buffets is in Salt Lake City. Although it's owned and run by Chinese people, the food is really good and they have a variety of food there, though not as much as some of the expensive buffets I've gone to. And I think for a lot of ayce buffets, they do put a limit on drink refills, just so you're not there the entire day. As in terms of quality of food, I've experienced good and bad from both Chinese and Western buffets, so the generalization wasn't necessary.
