  1. that suxx dude. owned a retail biz for years and it was easier to close it down. the constant theft, vandalism, and shiit going on wasnt worth our piece of mind. a bunch of us small businesses just up and left. our local leaders shut down and renovated the entire block and its so much nicer now.
