  3. What do we call this? CONVENIENCE. American culture is centered around doing more things in less time, and convenient food is just a reflection of it. Have you seen the black-and-white canned soup commercials that tried to convince our grandmothers they were too busy to cook from scratch and should be using condensed soup for not just soup but sauces?
