  3. Russia‘s going to keep pushing its luck while the west lets them. That’s how any bully works, and the west‘s lack of response is a sign of weakness. At least by targeting these grain supplies, Russia is not targetting Ukranian electrical infrastructure or residential areas. Russia’s military supplies, including missiles, are limited and dwindling.
