  1. @TS: Russia has shown it doesn‘t care for its own soldiers. Also, did you see that video of the Russian governor denying the dam blew up while the water level behind him was almost a building story high? Absurd!

  2. @Lies and Terje: You are correct. A YT video speculated that, since this flooding will recede, Russia has bought only 2-3 weeks, with the north recoverig before the south because the north is on higher land.

  4. Reporting, I think, is in error with the cooling pond. The pond has months of water, but, per The Enforcer who has done some research on other nuclear reactors, you need years of cooling for reactor rods, even those not in service. ):
