  8. Bakhmut‘s “strategic victory” was that it was, at one time, if the city fell, then it would open other cities deeper in Ukraine to attack. But Russia is so depleted and incompetent, that the Russians won‘t accomplish anything else. It’s all for propaganda purposes, as are the trolls posting.
