  2. Pretty amazing how even Ukraine defied western expectations of their defeat as well. Russia was expected to win the war in less than two weeks. Zelenskyy was offered evacuation from Kiev. Western powers advised Ukraine to withdraw from Bakhmut. Beware of attacking someone defending their homeland.

  3. @Robert: Belarus’ army is too small, compared to Russia’s. They’ve always been pinning Ukrainian forces during the war, though.
