  1. So have kids then, when they grow up, find no employment, and ship them off to the countryside. Sounds like a plan. Oh, and have an earthquake that crushes a classroom of children because of shoddy local building regulations. I don’t believe China will “collapse” anytime soon, but India and other Asian countries are making it economically and politically irrelevant.
