  1. 18:00 : China’s slowing growth is due to external economic factors. BUT the CCP has kept China in the Industrial phase of economic development b/c of its close ties to industrial businesses. To increase domestic consumption (ie. Consumption by your citizens, not consumption by building more infrastructure), a country must transition from an.Industrialized economy to a Service one (like the USA and most westernized countries). It’s a Service economy that results in consumer consumption, which increases domestic demand over exports. China can blame the USA all it wants, but it’s the CCP’s corruption that has kept China as an Industrialized economy, thus resulting in a country dependent on exports and foreign economies (as well as investment). It’s the CCP’s fault China has not become economically independent.
