  1. Pay off your mortgage. Never know when stocks are going to go down. Better yet, listen to that Warren Buffet guy and rent instead of own, particularly with interest rates so high. Remember, when you buy, you will buy more house than you will need right now. While, with renting, the reverse is true. Plus, you won’t spend 1/4 of your free time maintaining the house!
