  2. And Russia claimed they increased security in Belgorod after the previous attacks! The west told Ukraine they could not attack Russian soil, so Russia sent all its men to Ukraine. But, now, that‘s backfired, as Ukraine is taking the war into its own hands (maybe with some tacit western approval) and attacking Russia oil infrastructure (they originally didn’t do that b/c the west thought it would raise worldwide oil prices) and supplying separatists with weaponry (the west was afraid Russia would retailiate with nukes and stronger military, but Russia has shown it has no such weaponry).
