  1. Reporting in Ukraine and The Enforcer have good coverage of this. One of them said that Ukraine had boats, so could have attacked the south. Also, while this reduces the front *today*, in 2-3 weeks, the water will recede, and it’s the Russian side of the river that will recover more slowly than the Ukrainian side, putting Russia at a disadvantage. Russian troops, btw, had little or no warning about the dam blowing up, Russian lack of communication as usual.
