  1. If you’ve seen Perun’s videos, you’ve seen the corruption video. You should already know by now how poorly Russia maintains its equipment, much less sells various parts such that the equipment no longer works property, if at all. While I’m concerned that Russian incompetence will lead to a nuclear power plant disaster at Zaporizhzhia, or Russia may someday resort to a “dirty bomb” of nuclear material, I doubt their nuclear missile system is in working order. Indeed, many months ago, Russia removed the nuclear warheads of their cruise missiles, despite being low on them.
