  1. Yep. See the Tom Nash raport. His interpretation is that Iran is trying to intimidate Egypt, breaking up Egypt-Isreal-US relations (cf. the Carter years). What do you think Egypt will do about this? I‘m not familiar with its military.

  2. Thank goodness for American energy independence. We learned our lesson back in the 1970’s, and keep conserving energy. I always wondered what Russian tankers would do when the mainstream insurance companies stopped insuring them, and I’ll reserve some popcorn salt for the shadow insurance companies.
