  1. Why does the west still think that Putin cares about his word or the law? He, Prig, and everyone else in the Russian government are not just liars, but act like they’re above any law, their own or international. The west needs to stop thinking that Putin cares about legalities, and stop looking at him through a western lens. That said, the only laws Putin is not above are economics, military strength, and psychology. So long as Putin thinks the west is weak, he will act that way.
