“I’ve known Jeff [Epstein] for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.” - Trump

Passed the Infrastructure bill, the IRA bill and the CHIPS act. Not bad.

@fearthekrazy5186 Sources? Wall Street *Journal:*The new $35 cap on out-of-pocket costs for insulin is here, though it isn’t for everyone, and some people may experience delays in getting the price break. Starting Jan. 1, Medicare members, who include people 65 years and older and people with disabilities, should pay no more than $35 a month in copays or other out-of-pocket costs for an insulin prescription. Diatribe: Starting in 2023, Medicare will have to cap the cost of insulin so that beneficiaries (people eligible for Medicare) do not pay more than $35 per month, regardless of whether or not they have met their deductible. KHN: The $35 copay for injectable insulin products takes effect Jan. 1, and July 1 for patients who use an insulin pump.

Well, it's easy to understand. We saw the alternative.

@lesliebailey9840 Covid that Trump failed to manage.

"[T]here are 4,300 [infrastructure] projects underway with more than $110 billion in funding announced " Deficit has been reduced. "New Monthly $35 Insulin Cap for Seniors" Billion dollar companies now have to pay a minimum 15% tax. "The CHIPS Act Has Already Sparked $200 Billion in Private Investments for U.S. Semiconductor Production"

"$65 billion investment in improving the nation’s broadband infrastructure" "$65 billion to improve the reliability and resiliency of the power grid" "$15 billion to replace lead pipes" "$25 billion to improve runways, gates and taxiways at airports and to improve terminals" "$55 billion on water and wastewater infrastructure"

@fearthekrazy5186 Yep. Trump created a mess with his mishandling of Covid, now Biden has to clean it up. Just like when Bush gave Obama the Great Recession.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 The deficit fell nearly every year under Obama. It rose every year under Trump. Now, it seems to be falling every year under Biden.

@fearthekrazy5186 CNN Jan 9th: Senior citizens and other Medicare enrollees can now get a break on the cost of their insulin. They won’t pay more than $35 a month for each insulin prescription that’s covered by their Medicare Part D plan. And they won’t be subject to a deductible for insulin.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 CNN fact check: $35-per-month cap starting in 2023 on out-of-pocket spending on insulin and a $2,000-per-year cap starting in 2025 on out-of-pocket prescription drug spending in Medicare Part D.
1
@fearthekrazy5186 Oh! It's even better there's going to be a cap on prescription drugs too! The IRA bill was great.

@annebreitrick6116 Too bad Republcians block it. "Republican senators on Sunday voted down a cap on the price of insulin in the private market, removing it from Democrats’ sweeping climate and economic package. Democrats had tried to preserve the provision to cap insulin costs at $35 for private insurers, but that vote failed 57-43, with seven Republicans voting with them to keep the insulin cost cap in the bill, three short of what was needed"
1
@annebreitrick6116 Trump was trying to just use executive orders, which isn't the best way. I applaud it, but it would have been a marginal improvement at best. KHN: "Drug makers agreed to participate in a minor, voluntary Medicare program that will likely only provide a limited discount on insulin for a small subset of the 60 million seniors with Medicare coverage. (Florko, 5/26)"

@MrLizardDude1 Trump, Epstein and Maxwell. Thick as thieves. “I’ve met [Maxwell] numerous times over the years, especially since I lived in Palm Beach, and I guess they lived in Palm Beach. But I wish her well, whatever it is,” -Trump

@samcorolla4728 81 million people did.
1
@yankee2666 Hahaha! Let's see some proof.
1
@scubasteve0739 Lot of claims, no proof.
1
81 Million people voted for Biden. Does anyone have proof otherwise?
1
@tripsixx5802 Yeah. you realize that the klan endorsed Trump? "Fine people on both sides." He refused to codemn white nationists, remember that? “Stand back and stand by.”
1
@dalewebster6847 You're quite the little sheep aren't you?

@tripsixx5802 This guy?? Byrd later renounced his early political views. He called his K`` affiliation “an extraordinarily foolish mistake” in his autobiography. “My only explanation for the entire episode is that I was sorely afflicted with tunnel vision — a jejune and immature outlook — seeing only what I wanted to see because I thought the K|an could provide an outlet for my talents and ambitions,” Byrd wrote. When Byrd died in 2010, the civil rights organization, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, praised him for his capacity to change. “Senator Byrd reflects the transformative power of this nation,” read a statement by NAACP president Ben Jealous. “Senator Byrd went from being an active member of the K`` to a being a stalwart supporter of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act and many other pieces of seminal legislation that advanced the civil rights and liberties of our country.”

@trelard What? I think everything I've said is an easily verifiable truth.
1
@trelard Any proof otherwise? Any proof at all?
1
@trelard Ok then, No Argument Nelly.

@brookedelaney1 Conservatives who say they saw a black car (!!!). Math "professors" who apply the wrong theories. Votes that have always been counted after the deadline to get your ballot in (some state accept postmarks, almost all states allow extra time for military ballots.) What voter law changes exactly? The ones that the judge held up, but then nobody cared about because it wouldn't change the race?
1
@brookedelaney1 Give me one specific thing. Anything.
1
@brookedelaney1 /watch?v=etx0k1nLn78 Good watch for your math "professors".

@scubasteve0739 The vaccines are safe and effective. The rate of blood clots are a fraction of the rate that birth control has. In other words: minuscule. Futhermore, the rate of blood clots that comes from catching Covid, is much higher.

And the Bowling Green massacre?
