Honestly, it seems more likely that someone got Hunter's information (couldn't have been too difficult considering his... troubles), loaded it onto a new laptop with some additional stuff. Then dropped it off at a place that would help them. A repair shop ran by a blind right-winger. The kind of place that would want to share the information and ALSO couldn't confirm who dropped it off.

Most likely, someone got Hunter's information loaded it onto the laptop with some other stuff and dropped it off at a place that would want to share the information and ALSO couldn't confirm who dropped it off.
