  28.  @bt6202  Ok. Vaccines go through 3 phases of testing. Normally we wait for Phase I to complete before moving on to Phase II and so forth. Operation Warp Speed allowed companies to begining testing in Phase II and III before the previous phases were complete. This affected the volunteer test subjects, but the product we recieved still went through the complete 3 phases.

  36.  @blnunya6689  Yep, in the beginning, he tried to downplay their effectiveness to make sure doctors had enough masks (shame he didn't have a strong enough president to ensure this). I would have done the same and he's admitted it. I don't blame him for this. Masks work. Do you yell at surgeons who wear them? It seems to have occurred in nature. He didn't do all that other nonsense.
