  7.  @swampfox5660  Well, we could talk about a the deficit. Clinton had a surplus, Bush gave us a deficit, Obama lowered the deficit, Trump raised it again, and now Biden is bringing it back down. If we get some more Dems, maybe we could get a budget surplus again.

Maybe if Trump handled Covid better, it wouldn't be so bad. Although most of it is caused by corporate greed (which the Republicans voted against reeling in).

  25.  James Owsley  Most of the world is trending to a recession partially due to Covid. High inflation is partially due to suply chain issues and corporate greed. Trump tried overheating the economy to beat Obama's GDP growth. He failed and increased the deficit, too. The $2 gasoline was due to lack of demand during Covid, so I guess thank Trump for failing with Covid. Overall, I'll take Biden who is decreasing the deficit and passing needed bills (like infrastructure) over the tax cut for the rich and failed Covid policies that partially led us into these troubles.
