Bush (11.7%) and Abraham Lincoln (9.4%). Bush, of course, not only passed a big tax cut, as Trump has, but also launched two wars, which greatly inflated the defense budget. Lincoln had to pay for the Civil War. By contrast, Trump’s wars have been almost entirely of the political variety.

  7. @Sabretooth It is xenophobic when you're only concerned about keeping other people out because you think they bring crime or are dirty. They have lower rates of crime than US citizens and are not "dirty".

  9. @Sabretooth I'm saying, the people are coming here, because of what we've done. Furthermore, I believe America should aspire to be an ethical country. We should be aiding people. Compounding this, we need the labor. Lots of farms have let crops rot because Americans wouldn't work the land. There is no reason we shouldn't be giving these people visa and there's no reason not to give Dreamers citizenship.

  12.  @johnholder4208  Obama brought down the deficit nearly every year. And he did it while cleaning up Bush's mess. Then Trump brought the deficit up every year to record highs. Now Biden is bringing it back down.
