  5.  @joanofarc4103  I wanted to troll you, but I respect your position too much. I don't think our government is collapsing. The US went through WW2 and the Cold War and society keeps running. I think, in a good society, we want people to create higher efficiency. I appreciate wanting to live off the land and how worthless people like stockbrokers are, but it's inefficient to have everyone being a survival generalist. I think society makes the most progress when people can specialize. In the ideal world, this efficiency would allow us all to have better lives, but this is being stolen from us by a system designed to benefit the powerful.
