  2.  @davenoejoe  Context. Trump goes around praising them while bashing Isreal. If you disagree with them, you would say it more like: "These people have done terrible things, but we must remember they're not stupid..." Trump just fawns over them. "They're so smart. I love Xi, Putin, and Kim and they seem to like these guys , so maybe I love them, too(paraphrased)."
