  1. There are 500,000 homeless in US. In same proportion of its population, its equivalent to 2,200,000 homeless in China. If there were 2,200,000 homeless in China, it would be a fertile ground for the CIA to instigate rebellion, instability, chaos.. But why in America the 500,000 homeless dont organize themselves to revolt. Its because there is no foreign meddling, no foreign funding.
