  2. What about Obama Power Africa program USD 6 billion , supposed to double power grid capacity of Sub-Saharan Africa. Till today it's almost zero, only solar photo voltaic lamps supplied. For the poor Africans who never had electric light at night, it's a big deal but they cannot still use electric appliances. As usual the convenient excuse for US not to fulfill their promise is" This country has no democracy, that one has no human rights, another has no... blah.. blah.. "
