  1. India bought Russian Oil because China did it. If the West was capable and did punish China, India would be happy and would respect US dictate. But as the West is incapable, India found that they would be a big loser not to take advantage of cheap oil like China. But however India need to give big explanation wheras China dont give a f.. what others may think.
