  1. In SF or NY rent for a one bed room app is over $45,000 a year. This mean $45,000 or more is added in US Gdp for every unit rented and this in a neighborhood where there are hundreds homeless people, piles of trash on streets, human faeces, gun violence, crumbling infrastructure. In China same standard appartment is rented one fifth amount which mean in GDP addition it is significantly much lower. No wonder why there are many poor people in so called rich countries
