All househokds have toilets and connected to sewage system. High speed rail was already a reality. The first tiers cities already had awesome infrastructure. They were clean and safe. By 2007, China already sent men in space several times. In 2007, China was confident they can organize something great for the 2008 Olympics. Sorry India has none of these attributes. Modi was cooking his books and Western propaganda hyped India with hope that Modi will be the Asian Zelinsky man.
