  1. Compare 2 cities of same population. One where people live mostly in high rise appartments, the other in normal houses. Of course there should be more roads in the second city. In China people mostly live in high rise whereas in India it's the opposite. But what differentiate India and China is the length of highways or Expressways. India has only 6,000 km Expressway. China has 177,000 km
