  9. Every year I am surprised how TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL classify China in aprox same level of ranking as India on Corruption Index. This is really a bad signal to the Indian Government. These Indian ministers must say corruption has not impacted on China rapid development growth, so its OK for India or for us indian ministers to continue stealing.
