  1. Total B.S. Police arrest only when they are caught in rioting. That's all. They hide their faces because they fear to lose jobs like these Cathay Pacific employees. They fear they can have no access in mainland. Tens of thousands HKers cross the border every day for business and work purposes. If they can't , their employers will fire them or this can ruin their business.
