  1. How can india improve its infrastructure if they cannot reform land acquisition law. They cannot build several high speed rail in different provinces at same time. Too many people displaced at samevtime mean too many lost votes. The second high speed rail project will start only aftet the first one have finished in 2028. The 3rd will start after the 2nd have finished.. and so forth and so on
