These prisoners do nothing for the economy except scratching their butts. A wastage of human resources. The incarceration rate in China is 1 per 1,000. "Human rights" is just a tool for US to coerce other countries. Take Singapore for example. What if Singapore had adopted Huawei 5G equipments, the US certainly would have used "human rights" excuse to punish the PAP Government by funding and supporting rebellion through the CIA.
