  1. If the hospital was a gift from France, the hospital would be named Francois Mitterand Hospital or George Bush Hospital if it was a gift from US. China dont ask African countries to name their hospitals, airports, stadiums financed by China after Chinese former presidents names. In China itself there is no such place like Mao Zedong Airport or Deng Xiaoping Expressway or Hu Jintao Bridge.
