  1. Rent for one bed room app in NY or SF may cost $3,500 to $4,000 a month. Rent for a similar app in Shenzhen or Shanghai may be only 20% though the environment is much better. No homeless people, no piles of trash, faeces, pee smell in the neighborhood. No car thefts, no shops looting. But for each unit rent in US boost the GDP 5 times more than a similar unit rent in China.
