For China democracy means improving quality of life, better education, better health service, better and affordable housing, awesome infrastructure including railways, telecommunication. India is nowhere close to China in this respect.

  6. How long.. It will take 10 years to build 500 km Indian high speef rail. Because of land acquisition issue, Modi will wait the first project finish b4 embarking in a new one. Otherwise he will lose too many votes in elections. Then he will wait the second project finish before the 3rd one to start. and do forth and so on.. So do the math. 500 km in 10 years. How many centuries to complete 42,000 km ( like China today)
