  3. Then what will happen if China collapse like USSR. Will US still be friends with Vietnam and India. China benefited a lot by playing the Russian card during the last cold War. US had lifted all economic sanctions after the historic visit of Nixon. But today what India is getting from US by playing anti China CARD. Nothing... except discounted price on obsolete F 15 jets
