  1. Africa has the most fertile land and in quantity, more than US midwest. Africa will become the major food basket for the world not just China. So much so that US ability to sanction other nations using food as a weapon will be eroded. US have used food as a weapon against Iraq starving 500,000 children. With Africa democratizing food worldwide, US food weapon will be obsolete
