  1. If there is war bet China and US, EU will win if they don't gang with US. So US wont fight a war with China to make EU the no. 1 Superpower. US want EU to take a big share of the burden. US want to drag EU in a war with China. But EU is not that stupid But if there is NO WAR, the clear winner is China as China knows best how to benefit most of peace time for its economy. Either scenarios War or Peace US stands as a loser
