  1. In India millions households steal electricity from power grid. They form a vote bank and bribe the government with their votes to let them steal. That's bribery but Transparency International don't consider electoral bribery as corruption.

  2. According to Transparency International, China and India are approx on same level of corruption index. China is not uncomfortable with that. Because it was meant to fool the Indian people.
