  1. ​ @Dondingdingding The root problem are the 300 US military bases in Philippines, Japan and Korea surrounding China. What do you expect from China. Keep all their naval assets within their 12 miles zone. You don't need to be a military expert to understand that China should scatter their naval assets. This is the reason why China build these bases in SCS. Sovereignty issue of these islands is not the main concern for China. Its their national security.

  2. China has no bases near US and so have no ability to do same. Otherwise US would be first to propose a reviewing of the international law of the sea regarding the 12 nautical mikes zone. May be China should send space ships with robitic arms close to US satellites and then claim it is doing so as international laws permit it.
