  4. If this is true, why is the infrastructure development so rapid and so sustainable for 40 consecutive years. The logic is that if someone or a company directors or a government waste money.. you will very quickly run short of money to keep this spending sustainable. If you go to casino every week and lose 4 days of your income each time. Can you sustain that for more than 3 years..
