  3. There is no extradition laws between US or EU with 3rd world countries because this encourage financial criminals hide their money in NY, London. Take India for example. So many Indians fleeing India to London with tons of dirty money and the government of the largest democracy never been able to extradite a single one. The main excuse is your country has no human rights, it's politically motivated ect..
