  1. The root problem is the presence of 350 US military bases in Japan, Korea, Philippines, Australia. If US can sacrifice 10,000 islanders of BIKINI Islands for the only sake of nuclear experiment, then why cant China build a few military bases in SCS for the sake of its national security. Sovereignty issue in SCS is a secondary importance for China. A few Pinoy fishermen may have died in some unfortunate incidents but this is nothing compared to the 10,000 Bikini islanders who died or will die of cancer

  2. First if US accept to close all these military bases, China can make lots of concessions. Priority is its national security
