In return for being anti Soviet, China benefit from the lifting of economic embargo 1950-1972. China regain its normal trade status with US. The rest is dictated by market forces. Thanks to Nixon which normalize trade relationship, China is what it is today. FFWD Today Cold War 2.0....What India obtain today from America for being so anti China.
