  1. The main problem of SCS is not about sovereignty for China. Its about national security when 3 countries host 350 US military bases. Consequently China feeled obliged to build 7 bases in SCS. If US can sacrifice 10,000 islanders of BIKINI Islands for the only sake of nuclear experiment on humans, why can't China build island bases regardless of sovereignty issue. 3 Pinoy fishermen may have died in some unfortunate incidents but this is nothing compared to 10,000 islanders of BIKINI who died or will die of cancer
